All payments are handled by PayPal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Lindskog Sweden never store or transfer any credit card information. Lindskog Sweden use an external payment gateway, PayPal, for e-commerce. PayPal handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 3 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Lindskog Sweden.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return the watch for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow. Customers within EU may choose their own preferred method of returning the product. Returns made due to Vat, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Please note, we do not refund any shipping costs nor pay for return.
Lindskog Sweden needs to acquire certain information about you for our business. The information that you submit is used and saved by us in order to fulfil the obligations we have towards you, our customer, and to be able to contact you with certain information that has been requested by you. The personal information that may come into question is those that you directly or indirectly submit when establishing a contact with us.
The information that we retrieve are name, address, phone number and email address. We need these to be able to fulfil our obligations towards you. You are free to choose if you wish to leave information about yourself or not. We are the only ones handling your information, and in those cases we rely on a third party to fulfil an agreement with you, they will be able to handle your information as well. We intend to store and handle your information as long as you are a customer with us, or as long as you wish to receive information or offers from us.
You have, according to the law, right to obtain knowledge of what personal information we store and how we store it, pertaining to your person. You also have the right to correct any personal information we have on file pertaining to you. You also have the right to, at any point in time, be deleted from all our records. If you feel that we have handled your personal information wrongfully, you have the ability to hand in a complaint to us and to the governing authorities.
