How do I service my watch, what type of service is recommended?

We suggest servicing every three to five years just like most mechanical watches. If a watch is worn sparingly, such as a few times per month or less, servicing can take place less often. However, when worn infrequently, it's important to wind and run the watch at least once a month to keep the movement's parts lubricated.​

Are the watches waterproof?

Yes, our watches feature a 10 ATM (100m) water resistance all to ensure a very high level of water integrity.
However be aware that the leather band dislikes water. They can loose shape and finish.

Can you ship to my country?
We find the best courier for your country and mostly its DHL or UPS internationally. If you’re unable to see your Country in the drop down list please contact us with your address and we’ll check the availability.

How long does it take to get my watch?

Depending on where in the world you live. It normally takes around 3-5 business days globally.

What if my package is damaged upon arrival?

You package is always insured. Contact the shipping agent, if issue is not solved, contact us for further assistance.
